Dil Raju is a successful distributor and producer in the film industry. With Vakeel Saab, he realized his long-lasting dream to work with Powerstar Pawan Kalyan. It was his decision to remake Pink with Pawan Kalyan and he is the happiest of all in the team. On Saturday, the producer met the media to confirm his next film with Venu Sriram. Dil Raju officially clarified that his next film with Venu Sriram in his banner will feature Allu Arjun. Titled ICON, the film’s announcement came long back. During the media interaction, Dil Raju made a comment on Allu Arjun’s new tag, ICON star which is going viral on the internet.
During the teaser launch event of Pushpa, Allu Arjun revealed that he gained Stylish Star tag with Sukumar’s Arya. Dil Raju produced the film. Allu Arjun shared his happiness to gain the new tag, ICON star with Sukumar’s film again. In the media interaction today, one of the journalists asked Dil Raju if he had given the tag ICON star to Allu Arjun.
Since their film is titled ICON, the media is in an opinion that the producer might have made the decision. But, the producer strangely said, “Adhi aayana pettukundi andi, manam pettukundi kadu (He picked it for himself and I did not give the tag.)”
Surprisingly, the video is going viral on the internet. A few are in the opinion that Dil Raju could have responded to the question a little differently. The star producer saying that Allu Arjun chose the tag for himself sounds a little odd and the fans are disappointed with the same.
Allu Arjun will begin the shoot for Pushpa as soon as he wraps up Pushpa, in Sukumar’s direction. Rashmika Mandanna plays the leading lady in the film. Mythri Movie Makers is producing the movie. Pushpa will hit the screens on 13 August 2021.
