Telugu Desam Party is partnering with Janasena and BJP for the fast-approaching election campaign in Andhra Pradesh and the three parties are devising their strategies together for the polls. In one such important political meeting before the polls, Pawan met Chandrababu Naidu at his residence in Hyderabad.
The meeting got underway some time ago and key aspects of the candidates’ finalization and electoral strategizing were discussed by the TDP and JSP chiefs.
Janasena has announced 5 MLAs till date and the recent announcement from Pawan confirmed that Tea Time Uday Srinivas is contesting from the Kakinada MP segment. The party is bound to announce 16 MLAs and 1 MP. Telugu Desam announced 128 MLAs and is yet to announce 16 more MLAs and 17 MPs officially. The meeting today could have delivered substantial progress on this.
The two party heads reportedly discussed the joint election campaigning strategies that are to be followed for the coming polls as well.
On the other hand, BJP is working on locking its 10 MLA and 6 MP candidates. There could be a triangular meeting between these three parties to consolidate the electioneering plans before the polls.
