Telangana politics witnessed a substantial development recently in the form of the suspension of KCR’s daughter Kalvakuntla Kavitha from BRS party. She was dismissed from the party on disciplinary grounds for alleged anti party statements.
Shortly after her suspension, Kavita, breathed fire on Harish Rao and MP Santhosh, saying they’re destroying the party internally and bringing unjust hate towards KCR. She even commented that her brother KTR is completely silent on this matter and is not even accessible to her.
When asked him to comment on this matter today, KTR had a very brief and conclusive reaction.
“Whatever needed to be discussed and acted upon, was done internally in the party. Necessary action was taken on concerned individuals and that is the end of it. I don’t have anything to add on this matter as whatever needed to be done was done already.” KTR stated.
KTR was not even prepared to take out the name of his sister as he was completely dismissive of this topic, and seemed to be in approval of the suspension.
On one hand, Kavita has been repeatedly saying, even KTR might find himself in this situation and get ousted from the party. And on the other hand, KTR is appearing to be validating the suspension of Kavitha as he said appropriate action has been taken against whomever concerned.
