Mehreen Kaur is one of the talented heroines in the Telugu film industry. The actress made her debut with Nani’s ‘Krishna Gadi Veera Prema Gaadha’. She was supposed to get married this year and take a break from films. However, the actress changed her mind. She postponed her wedding and started focusing on her career again. Finally, she signed a new film that features Santhosh Shobhan in the lead role.
With the government of Telangana easing down the lockdown restrictions, a lot of filmmakers are planning to resume the shoots. Director Maruthi is also doing a small-budget project which will be wrapped up quickly. Ek Mini Katha fame Santosh Shoban and Mehreen Pirzaada are playing the lead roles in this project.
Apparently, Maruthi wrote a concept-oriented script during this lockdown. It can be done on a minimal budget and in fewer days. Thus, he took it on the floors without wasting any time. The shoot of this movie is already in progress in the Aluminium Factory, located in Hyderabad.
It is reported that the shoot will be wrapped up in a month and will hit the screens once the theatres reopen.
After finishing this project, Maruthi will resume the works of his other film Pakka Commercial. Starring Gopichand and Raashi Khanna in the lead roles, the shoot of this film is currently halted due to the coronavirus pandemic.
