Kangana’s Indirect Attack At Adipurush

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut is known for her outspoken attitude. She never shies away from speaking her mind. She often creates controversies with her statements against various films and actors. Adipurush seems to be her latest target.

Recently, Kangana posted pictures of Lord Rama, Sita, Lakshman and Hanuman along with the song ‘Ram Ka Naam Badnam Na Karo’ from Dev Anand’s Hare Krishna Hare Raam. Along with these, she wrote, “Just a few years ago people were so different in their body language, breathing, impulses and overall approach to any emotion….. can you imagine how different they were 7 thousand years ago?”

After watching these Instagram posts, netizens assumed that Kangana indirectly took potshots at Adipurush. The film was creating controversies since day one. People are criticising the way Ramanayan was adapted in it. Hanuman’s dialogues during ‘Lanka Dahan’ are also receiving severe backlash.

Recently, Kangana also criticized the casting choices of Nitesh Tiwari’s upcoming Ramayana. It was reported that Ranbir Kapoor (Rama), Alia Bhatt (Sita) and Yash (Raavan) will play the lead roles in it. Reacting to it, Kangana wrote, “Recently I am hearing news about another coming up Bolly Ramayana…. Where a skinny white rat (so-called actor), who desperately needs some sun tan and conscience. He is infamous for doing nasty underhand PR about almost everyone in the industry… Known for womanising and drug addiction after desperately trying to prove himself lord shiva in a trilogy (which no one watched or want to make more parts of) has now grown fancy to be Lord Rama.”
